Mackie D.2 vs. Rane TTM-56

Alright, I'm gonna buy a new mixer (upgrading from the vestax PMC-07 PRO), I've got my cash stacked and I am ready to spend, spend, spend! I have heard nothing but awesome things about the Rane TTM-56. But what about this new Mackie D.2....it seems it might be the way of the future? Although I really don't like most Mackie products, this one seems interesting....Which would u choose and why (the TTM-56 VS. D.2)

I'd go with the Rane. I'm not a fan of 2/4 channel battle mixers (I just upgraded from a Pio DJM-300), but if I had the choice it would be Rane because I'm more familar with them. I've had no experience with Mackie mixers (not even their console ones) to give an opinion.

JCON, If I had your loot, it's Rane TTM56 all the way dood. I can't speak to much on the Mackie, but the TTM56 has already reached legendary status. So I would go with the proven mixer. All I can say is demo them both and make your decision wisely.

As much as I love Mackie for thier cool mixing boards and great powered speakers .. Rane mixers are hands down rock solid and last forever. Not to mention that if you are a turntablist .. you wanna go with the TTM56.

I have ordered a Rane TTM-56 it should have been here today but, it was delayed until early next week, I will let u guys know when I get it and I'll post some pics!!!

You won't regret it. Stick with the experienced company who knows DJ mixers. RANE down on me baby..... :lol: :lol: :lol:

I got my TTM-56 in yesterday and WHAT AN AMAZING mixer, I love it. It really is worth every penny! How do I post pics?
